Please read these terms and conditions of participation in the Greenmill Supply Company Ltd Rewards program (“Greenmill Rewards” or “Program”) carefully. By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not participate in this program.
1. Eligibility and Overview
1.1. The Program is offered at the sole discretion of Greenmill Supply Company Ltd (“Greenmill”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
1.3. In the event of liquidation and/or administration of a company that has been participating in the Program, Greenmill reserves the right to terminate their inclusion in the Program and/or void or remove Greenmill Rewards Points from included individuals’ ownership.
2. Earning Greenmill Rewards Points
2.1. Greenmill Rewards points (“Points”) are earned through Greenmill Rewards Vouchers (“Voucher(s)”). One Voucher is worth 1,000 Points.
2.2. You can earn Vouchers in the following ways:
2.2.1. Placing an order with us with a value of £500 GBP or greater. One Voucher is earned for every £500 GBP (pre-tax, gross of delivery charges and any discounts). These Vouchers will be valid once the order has been invoiced.
2.2.2. Participating in our Rewarding Referrals Scheme. You can Participate by referring a potential customer to us by emailing their details to [email protected], or telling your Account Manager. If the referred entity is not already a Greenmill customer, when they place their first order with us you will be rewarded with Voucher(s). The quantity of Voucher(s) awarded is at the sole discretion of Greenmill.
2.2.3. Giving us feedback in any of the following ways:
i. Filling in our “Frontline Feedback NPS Customer Satisfaction Survey” which can be found on our website. One Voucher will be awarded per survey completed.
ii. Completing the “Driver Feedback Survey” which can be found on the back door of our vans. One Voucher will be awarded per survey completed.
iii. If one individual completes multiple surveys and we deem them to have the same or vastly similar content, it will be at our discretion whether to award Vouchers for the full set of surveys.
2.3. Greenmill may choose to offer extra Vouchers as part of marketing campaigns and we reserve the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify these campaigns without notice.
2.4 Greenmill may choose to offer Voucher(s) as a one-off reward and the reason(s) for this and quantity of Vouchers awarded is at the sole discretion of Greenmill.
3. Ownership & TransFerability
3.1. The Greenmill Rewards scheme is our way of directly rewarding the individual who placed the order with us, and therefore the individual who places the order will own all Vouchers that they earn on that order.
3.1.1. The ownership of these Vouchers cannot be transferred to a different company unless under the following circumstances only: The order was placed under the wrong company.
3.1.2. The ownership of these Vouchers cannot be transferred to a different individual working for the same company unless approved by the business owner and your Greenmill Account Manager.
3.1.3. Greenmill reserves the right to make void or remove any Vouchers that are owned by an individual if they no longer work for that company.
3.2. Vouchers that are awarded for non-transactional activity e.g. Feedback, will be awarded to the relevant individual at our discretion. That individual will then own those Vouchers and ownership of these Vouchers cannot be transferred to a different company or individual under any circumstances.
3.3. Customers can opt to ‘Collate’ their Vouchers in which ownership of all Vouchers awarded for transactional activity only will be transferred to a single individual of the Companies choice. This will have to be agreed by the business owner and their Greenmill Account Manager.
3.3.1. Individuals working for that company that are not listed as the Collated Voucher Owner will no longer own historic or future Vouchers earned from placing orders with us.
3.3.2. If the customer chooses to Collate their Vouchers after a period of time participating in the Program, there will be an impact on individuals working for that company that may have been saving up Vouchers for some time – they will then lose ownership of these vouchers. This impact will have to be analyzed by the business owner and the change to Collation will have to be agreed between the business owner and the Greenmill Account Manager.
3.3.3. As noted in 3.2, ownership of all Vouchers awarded for non-transactional activity will remain with the individual that earned the Voucher. These will not be Collated.
4. Redeeming Greenmill Rewards Points
4.1. Greenmill Reward Points can be redeemed for a selection of Reward Items (“Items”) which will be defined in a Greenmill Rewards Brochure (“Brochure”) and on the “My Rewards” section of the website (www.greenmillac.com/myrewards). Each Item will have a defined number of Points required to redeem.
4.1.1. Greenmill reserves the right to revalue or modify Items without notice.
4.1.2. Greenmill reserves the right to terminate Items without notice and change the range of available Items on an ongoing basis.
4.1.3. Greenmill will not be liable for misunderstandings caused by referencing an old or previous version of the Greenmill Rewards Brochure. The Points required to redeem an Item will be based on what is stated in the My Rewards section of the website.
4.1.4. The Item(s) cannot be redeemed if the required quantity of Points are not owned by the redeeming entity.
4.2. You can redeem your Greenmill Rewards Points in any of the following ways:
i. Place a redeem order on the website, using the My Rewards section (www.greenmillac.com/myrewards).
ii. Send an email to [email protected], listing your name, the company you work for, the Items you wish to redeem and the delivery address.
iii. Submit a redeem form which is provided on the monthly balance email as described in point 6.2 below.
4.3. Greenmill will aim to deliver the Item(s) redeemed within 30 working days. In the event that this is not possible, Greenmill will maintain communication with the redeeming entity to ensure that they are updated on delivery times.
4.4. Greenmill Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any other purpose than that listed in point 4.1 above.
4.5 In the event that the redeeming entity has an overdue balance with us, Greenmill reserves the right to withhold the redeem order until such time as the overdue balance is settled.
5. Warranty & Returns
5.1. Greenmill does not offer any warranty for any of the Items in the Greenmill Rewards Range. Warranty claims will be between the redeeming entity and the manufacturer of the Item.
5.2. Greenmill will not accept any returns for any of the Items offered.
6. Greenmill Rewards Points Balance
6.1. Your can view your Points balance on the My Rewards section of the website (www.greenmillac.com/myrewards).
6.2. By participating in the Program, you will be automatically subscribed to receive and consent to receiving Program related emails. You will be sent a monthly email outlining your current Points balance and the methods by which you can redeem your Points.
7.1. Each Greenmill Rewards Voucher will be valid for a period of 18 months from the date that the Sales order was invoiced. If the owner of the Voucher(s) does not redeem them within this time period, Greenmill reserves the right to void or remove these Vouchers from their ownership.
8. Termination & Modification
8.1. The Program is offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Program Terms and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of Points already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated Points.
8.2. We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your Program usage at any time, at our sole discretion. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program reward Items, Points and/or Vouchers may result in the voiding of your Voucher ownership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, at our sole discretion.
8.3. If you decide you no longer want to participate in the Program, you may terminate your inclusion at any time by emailing [email protected]
9.1. Except for willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Greenmill, by participating in the Program, participants release Greenmill, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, advertising and promotions agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense, including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way connected to the Program and/or the use of any Reward Items.
10.1. Participants in the Program agree to indemnify, defend and hold Greenmill and its representatives and agents harmless from and against any and all third party claims, demands, liabilities, costs or expenses, including attorney’s fees and costs, arising from, or related to any breach by Participant of any of these Rewards Terms and Conditions or any violation by Participant of applicable law.
