Polyester Styrene Free Resin 300ml

The Polyester Styrene Free two part injection resin is suitable for use in solid concrete, solid brickwork and natural stone as well as hollow materials using a suitable sleeve. It can be used for installing threaded studs, rebar or internal threaded sockets. The resin is applied with a standard skeleton gun. Benefits: • Expansion free • High load capacity • Can be closely spaced and used near edges Application: • Drill correct diameter hole to the correct depth • Clean the hole with a brush and blow tool • Attach nozzle to cartridge. Extrude first part to waste until an even colour is achieved. Fill hole 1/3 to 1/2 full starting from the bottom of the hole. • Insert stud by hand using a downward twisting motion • Allow resin to cure. • Attach fixture. • Tighten to recommended torque.
