Oxygen free nitrogen (OFN) is used by engineers to strength and pressure test systems and reduce oxidation whilst brazing. OFN may be used for leak detection in conjunction with a leak detection spray but the use of a product such as Trace Gas would be recommended for this procedure.

Containing no more than 0.5 parts per million of oxygen, OFN is recommended over compressed air for pressure testing, because it is inert and unlike oxygen, does not react violently with oil.

Used in air conditioning and refrigeration systems across commercial, industrial and domestic applications.

Requires a separate regulator (GMNR2-A).
