Screws according to DIN 7500-1 form a mating thread without removing material from the hole by plastic deformation of the basic material. The form and arrangement of the screw section used for thread rolling shall be at the manufacturer’s discretion.

We recommend a 7.45 to 7.5mm holes size, although suitable hole diameters should be determined by customer testing
