Detailed description
The Channel Clip makes the Cushion Clamp ideal for bigger commercial air conditioning and refrigeration installations. Individual pipes are supported by a Thermo-rubber cushion clamped between metal plates and fastened with a simple lock nut. This makes the product easy and quick to use on the job.
The Thermo-rubber cushion insulates against heat loss and provides noise control by eliminating vibration and rattling in pipes and copper tubing. The rubber can withstand a maximum temperature of a 130°C and the zinc bracket 1000°C.
