Greenmill has developed an online ordering system that puts you in control of what you order, helps you budget, maintain profit margins and keep track of purchases and payments and gives you 24/7 access to the paperwork that goes with your purchases of air conditioning and ventilation equipment. The following is a brief overview of the ordering system and how it works.
GMsmart-order is our NEW online ordering tool that you have access to 24/7 from your home, office or site. Between us, we create your very own "Favourites" list and once setup it brings all your everyday items to one easy-to-use tool. You can then use this tool for SUPER FAST and accurate ordering or quoting online.
Our ALL NEW online cylinder tracker gives you 24/7 access to help you track, trace and manage your entire cylinder fleet. Login to see what cylinders you've had from us, and where and when they were delivered. CYLINDER TRACKER will also show you, and can send a pre-alert to you, on which refrigerant cylinders are nearing their deposit expiry date, giving you time to return the cylinder to avoid losing your deposit. You can even mark the cylinders as empty and raise a return request for them to be collected. A great management tool to help you get on top of your costs!
You can now view or download invoices whenever and wherever it suits you. See what invoices have been paid and what's outstanding and you can even pay invoices online. This great organisational tool will assist the accounts department in dealing with any potential queries to enable bill payment on time.
This new feature was designed by our customers for our customers! Your sales engineers will love this. Costing up a new project - just login, go to My Favourites, quickly select all the materials you need for the project, click Add to Van and there you have an instant cost for the project. Ready to order? - just proceed to checkout. Not got the job yet? - no problem, just save the materials list to your PROJECT TENDERS giving it a relevant project name. Once you've secured the job, retrieve the saved tender from your PROJECT TENDERS and add to van. You can even amend the items or quantities before you order.
This tool empowers your engineers yet still retains purchasing control in your office! The Engineers quickly generate a list of materials they need for their project. They then save the list to ENGINEERS REQUISITIONS. An email is sent to their supervisor asking them to place the order. The supervisor/buyer can instantly retrieve the materials list, check it over, add a PO number if required and place the order in moments. A huge time saver!
This may only be a list of all your orders but it's more than that! Filter by project so you only see the invoices for that job. Or filter by name to see what your staff are ordering. You can even view it from your smartphone and it provides complete visibility regarding what's been ordered on all your current projects.
